The law firm of EGAN, FLANAGAN and COHEN, P.C. located in Springfield, Massachusetts, is seeking a hardworking, personable, and motivated corporate associate lawyer to join our legal team. This associate would assist the firm in general corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and transactional matters. The following are requirements for this position:

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced culture.
- Must have initiative, be able to act decisively, work independently and exercise excellent and ethical judgment.
