About Rachel

Rachel Woods joined Egan, Flanagan, & Cohen in 2022. Rachel primarily practices real estate law, municipal code enforcement, landlord-tenant, and general corporate law. Rachel was raised in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University in 2019, where she was a member of the women’s lacrosse team. After an exciting internship at the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department, Rachel decided to attend law school.

Rachel graduated from Western New England University School of Law in May 2022. While attending Western New England, Rachel participated in the Real Estate Clinic, which sparked her interest in real estate law. She excelled in this area and went on to serve as a Teaching Assistant for the Real Estate Clinic the following year. In addition, Rachel received the CALI: Excellence for the Future Award in Municipal Land Use Law. Throughout law school, Rachel worked at local law firms honing her skills and applying her education. She immediately hit the ground running at Egan, Flanagan & Cohen and has been instrumental on several significant real estate and transactional matters.
