Meet Stefan R. Sjoberg

Associate Attorney

Stefan Sjoberg joined Egan, Flanagan, & Cohen in the fall of 2024. His practice areas focus on real estate transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counsel. Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, Stefan has a special appreciation for the business community for which he serves.

Stefan obtained his Juris Doctorate and MBA from Western New England University, where he currently teaches as an adjunct professor of law. After graduation Stefan worked for regional firms serving the business community in Western Massachusetts and Hartford County. During his tenure Stefan has closed deals ranging from $10,000 real estate transfers to $140,000,000 syndicated commercial loan facilities.

In his spare time Stefan enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. Stefan lives in Suffield, Conn. with his wife and their son.
